darthscotty Posted May 11, 2016 Share Posted May 11, 2016 I tried to buy gear from both the glowing and radiant gear vendors and it will not let me extract the mods out of the gear. I get the warning message about how much it will cost me yet when I click accept nothing happens. UI can extract mods out of other gear I have yet not this gear. "We are aware of a bug by which, the armoring on some high level items cannot be removed" That was the entirety of the response. The ticket did not offer any solutions - like the ones you all are suggesting above. Nor did it say say they are working on it or that it was a priority of any sorts.
