Heck, I would even buy it if it was in the equipment section of the cartel market, but having it avaliable for regular warzone comms and/or credits would be best. I believe you can get it from Crystal Packs from Cartel Market, but they are random drawn, so no guarantee (just like any other Cartel Pack).
