Skyfortress: Skytooper Praetorian Decos Not Tradeable or Donateable

In the Skyfortress Heroic 2s:

 

Any decoration dropped by the Skytrooper Praetorian boss is looted with a 36hr bind timer, like it dropped from a cartel market crate. Also, the item is reported as 'Bound' when you attempt to sell it or donate it to a guild, even after the timer expires. The item's description text does not list it as bound, before or after the time expires.

 

If this BoL setting is intentional, they need to have a credit price to allow them to be donated to guilds.

 

 

Side note: All the rakatta decorations from the Data Crystal Vendor on the fleet also need a donation cost for guilds.
