I honestly kept missing part and getting logged out from trying to figure out those stupid slots. Okay, so you killed the stoneray, got the victory relic, solved the puzzle, correct? The Dashade is toward the right, facing the relic box. Walk around a bit, you'll see a device with white energy flowing about it. That's where he should be. Problem is, not the same darn voice, so in my mind, it's not Khem Val. They could configure the voice to be the same, noooo. It really bugs me lol Hope you find him though.
