Utilities and abilities Not working Appropriately for PVP

Still seem to have numerous "Bugs" when it comes to utilities for PVP. Not sure when they will get fixed or if perhaps the texts on them are simply misleading here are a few that are perhaps (for me) the most annoying: (and before people say anything about FOTM classes I play all advanced classes)

When rolling as an operative/Sniper Ravage/Blade dance causes "rubber banding."

When using Enure/Endure pain with Root Immunity Ravage/blade dance still immobilizes.

Using Force Speed with Emmersion during Ravage/Blade dance can cause rubber banding showing root broken and instantly reapplied.

Holo Traverse and Phantom stride do not seem to operate as intended as you can teleport to your target, fall through the map or teleport back to prior target.

Snipers/ Operatives "Dodge roll" through acid/fire and receive no damage or slows.

Roots overall: I believe there was a prior post stating that roots do not trigger resolve. This needs to be updated for several reasons: Pulls/ Pushes trigger resolve, Abilities like "shank shot" that prevent moving or turning can effectively act as stuns.

Phase walk: Can be used while stunned... Shouldn't be able to be used while stunned.

Oil slick/Riot gas: sometimes slows allies as well as enemies.

Stun bubble vs leaps: can stun the character at leap from location instead of at bubble location. Usually results in teleporting afterwards.

Stub Bubble: Does not inform that the duration of force armor/ static barrier is reduced as this is trigger resulting in an extended dionized period that would normally not exist.

Stun Bubble VS Vigilance/ Vengeance. Buggy can on occasion still stun these guys even if they also have unremitting and the spec immunity by stunning "prior to hit."

 

Other suggested changes:

Saberthrow: Change utility from root to stun (2-3 sec stun)

Commando's/mercs: Tier 3 utility: Activating energy Shield grants 100% damage immunity for 6 seconds this effect can only occur once every 2.5 minutes. Additionally Progressive Scan can always be used while moving without use of a utility.

Operatives/ Scoundrels. Using a healing ability with tactical advantage makes your next healing ability uninterruptable once every 6 seconds.

Roaming Mend: Activating Roaming mend with resurgence no longer causes healing without damage, instead Resurgence causes a "leech effect" making all charges stay on the same target, charges disappear if roaming mend is placed on another character.

Immortal/ Defense: Accuracy while in shi-cho form is reduced by 30%.

Powertech/ Vanguard Tanks: Critical Chance of next of flame sweep/ Flame Burst is increase by 100% after procing Firestorm. Can only occur every 30 seconds.
