Because the old fart who heals in that spot now starts to Nod off around 10:45 and my, I mean his, wife is nagging him to not raid so much each week we need to fill this position within the next couple weeks. Our Groups focus is on enjoying our raid time and progressing at the same time. That being said, no, we are not hardcore progression raiders and we still hit a few snags here and there.
