Valnox
Hi, I've tried logging into the game but my anti virus software keeps terminating the connection due to a threat - (HTML/Refresh.BC Trojan). I've tried contacting customer support but I get the same message when ever I go onto the EA support pages? I'm running an virus scan on my computer but so far there isn't any infections. Any help would be super fantastic! Thanks!

Valnox
Same here! Update to my anti virus seems to have worked! Not sure what the problem was but at least it's sorted now. Thanks!
A_YU_MI
Just happened to me, I was playing and took a break for an hour, when I came back I got the same threat. I updated my AV program and it worked fine after that.
Erevan_Kindelar
If you are using one of the Eset (NOD32, etc) anti-virus packages, then there was a problem with AV engine update 13102, which flags a lot of false-positives for that specific trojan. They are apparently preparing another update, 13103, which resolves the issue, so manually updating the AV engine should resolve the problem. dr_mike
Just to throw out a link: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2016/02/29/eset_antivirus_false_positive/ What concerns me is google'ing for the threat pulls up a large number of false methods of fixing the problem.
