So first problem was with cancel button - this button missing in the option . This was fixed thanks to this forum . But today i see to my bank account and payment for this game was done again :/ ... For me its suprise.I uninstall the game and i cant comunicate with support :/ . Is there some option how delete billing option or anything else ? thanks alot for help. Erevan_Kindelar Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 The best option for deleting your billing method is to remove the credit card details from your account. Having said that, if you cancelled your subscription before being billed, you should be able to call EA Support and get them to reverse the billing as it is obviously a mistake for them to continue billing you after you have indicated that you want to cancel your subscription.
