Craftable ?Random loot drop from bosses in The Esseles, or you could buy it from the Specialty Goods vendor on Coruscant in the Senate Commercial District (below the main Senate Plaza, in the area with all of the class trainers and such). The Specialty Goods vendor should still have it, even though it doesn't drop from The Esseles anymore...but I don't like it. The color scheme is ugly, but that's just my taste.
