Same bugg - still no fix!

I wrote a thread much time go about one bugg in this game - http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=863766

And still no fix! And today i became a victim of the same bugg TWO times! On screen shots you can see that iam trying to moove away from respawn territory but it says " you are immobilized" even though i don't have any immobilize on me! After that i got same bugg just on the middle of warzone!
