Slight info errors in 'interactions' section for Companions and Contacts

I just finished chapter X so I checked it out to read more about my companion's reactions, but I noticed for some of the characters it's added actions to their 'interactions' section that my character didn't actually do? Basically it says he saved The Spire (he definitely didn't), but also then says he blew up the Spire? I don't really mind if this is a text-only glitch (like if it's just the writing is a bit iffy), but I'm not sure if it could actually effect any quest conversations in the future, as in the game actually thinks that I did do that action, so I felt it was worth reporting just in case! (Can't have my Sith lord appearing like a good guy after all )

So that's it! Again, I'm more worried about if it will actually effect the plot of my game rather than just being a face-value (if that makes sense) x__x

MY DS agent has this in his log as well. He destroyed the Spire with Kaliyo, yet his log shows that he both saved and destroyed it. I did get the correct ending with Koth leaving, so only the log is wrong.
