Quraswren Posted February 10, 2016 Share Posted February 10, 2016 When making the new BLUE Prototype Polybiotic Fortitude Stim I noticed it had the same tool tip at the Prototype Polybiotic Versatile Stim. Both saying they give Endurance and Defense. If you RE the BLUE Prototype Polybiotic Versatile Stim with the wrong tool tip for endurance, the PURPLE you learn has the correct mastery/power tool tip.
