It was a terrible idea to put these in the new packs, people want the new stuff that comes in new packs, not old random junk. But speaking of the slot machine, these things would have been perfect to drop from there. It would have made the slot machine viable again, especially considering that the old method of obtaining old items, cartel certs, are about as rare as Czerka Crate-o-matics now.
