Hi R, You can either buy the priority transport: personal starship from your legacy as shown in the link to the screenshot http://i.imgur.com/gQPglO1.jpg or as the previous user posted go to the offworld transport and get to your ship from there. Here's a screenshot of where the offworld transport is located on rishi http://i.imgur.com/IdylPc4.jpg. Note: Head to the bottom of the map on the image i linked where it says "Raider's Cove Landing Docks" and you will find the transport.
