BlueyedJedi
Can you play swtor on Win 10? I just got a new computer installed and updated. I cant even log in, I keep getting server unavailable. When I tried to log in on my old computer, Windows Vista, it worked fine. Any ideas?? JediQuaker
Check to see if Windows Firewall is blocking SWTOR.
BlueyedJedi
Im not really good with computers, how would I check that? Is it the same as Windows Defender?
Jerqa
Yes you can play this game with Windows 10. That is what I am using. I'm not sure what would cause the server to be unavailable unless your game server is down for some reason. Sounds like you are able to log in to the launcher, correct? GythralSWTOR
If anything I find Win10 better than 7 was running SWTOR Try to see if there are any comments on the new support forum (Which Bioware fails to make clear is where the Customer Support forum links to) http://answers.ea.com/t5/STAR-WARS-The-Old-Republic/bd-p/star-wars-the-old-republic-en but is does sound like firewall/router issues to me search - firewall Allowed Apps (default screen) you should have an entry with at least Private ticked Star Wars - The Old Republic (which the details should show as the launcher) Edited December 30, 2015 by GythralSWTOR
