My question, what is the best path for getting ready to do HM ops? Simple. Do you have a full set of optimized PvP gear? If the answer is yes, the only difference between your gear and ready for HM Ops gear is that you don't have the right accuracy (which you want 100% for that). To fix that issue, go get yourself 2 rating 220 implants (MK-1 from tokens or MK-2 from the GTN since the name gets screwed up when R/Eing them), make em power/accuracy, and put 5 accuracy augments in. Now you're sort-of ready. To be completely ready, you want: 7x Combat Tech set bonus pieces + 1 Combat Tech mainhand 1x Force Healers offhand (the mods transfer across, and there are way too many accuracy pieces for proper gearing if you use a DPS offhand) 1x Focused Retribution relic 1x Serendipitous Assault relic Earpiece/Implants are crit or alacrity up to personal preference Just don't go expecting to kill HM Master Blaster or Revan with your gear though. 208 may be good enough for every HM fight besides those 2, but those 2 may as well be nightmare mode. Coratani/Ruugar isn't as bad a DPS check as M&B though (surprisingly) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
