stacking speed bonus, how it works exactly?

hello, i post here because it's for my powertech.

 

i am not sure how it works exactly when i stack different speed bonus on my toon.

 

example :

 

i chose the skillfull "pneumatic boots" : +15% speed

 

so,

 

- if i use hydraulic override (+30% speed bonus) i am at 30% or at 45%? same if i chose the heroic overdrive for hydraulic, i am at 75% or 90%?

 

- if i chose the heroic jet speed (+30% speed after jet charge) am i at 45% or just 30%, (and 90%/105% with hydraulic?)

 

the question is, does it stack or just the better value bonus is the only working? (in this case the +15% bonus speed "pneumatic boots" just usefull outside any over speed bonus)

 

i am not sure.

Speed bonus's don't stack with each other, it just picks the highest speed your at. so:

 

+75%: I picked Overdrive, and have Hold the Line active

+35% (I'm pretty sure its 35%): I'm out of combat and have sprint turned on

+30%: I'm using Hydraulic Overrides without Overdrive, or have Jet Speed active

+15%: Pneumatic Boots

+ 0%: I don't have any speed bonus's active right now.
