I have sent in a ticket regarding this issue on 11/20 and received an automated response saying there wasn't enough information in the ticket and it was closed. I resubmitted with more information and no response. I posted second ticket 11/22/15 I also have updated my ticket a few times asking for any kind of update, it still says its open but nothing. Loredalso Posted December 9, 2015 Share Posted December 9, 2015 I only just started getting responses to tickets I posted back at the beginning of November, so there seems to be a backlog of at least a month.
