It is not clear when she wrote this letter. Also, in the end she seems to be frustrated that she can't move on from SW. DS Jaesa's not into monogamy. She makes that clear in the class story. While the letter is a little vague it does suggest that she's shacked up with someone else. She follows up that 'dark center of my universe' bit with, "Why should I cry that you're gone?" In other words, "I'm with someone else now and you're probably dead, so why do I still miss you?" Not that it matters. If Jaesa returns it will likely be played just like Kaliyo. She'll either have already gotten rid of that other Sith or will drop him the moment the Emperor's Wrath shows interest. Jaesa also has a habit of killing lovers.
