The last 3 Months I oppened several tickets for varios bugs, missing stuff, blabla. All with total different stuff and problems in the game I need help with.

Yesterday another ticket of mine was closed with some yada-yada text. And then I got interested. I' did compare all those yada-yada answers and they are actually identical! Why the F*** are we even use this ticket system if there is absolutely no help from it? Is it even edited by some actual helpdesk personal?

Ack, nevermind, just a rethorical question. Of course you give a bantha poodo. As long as the money flows, everything is green, eh?

I opened a ticket 9 days ago now. They reset a level 60 token character to her starting 188 legacy you get when you make a level 60 from said token. I had a set of 208's with 3-4 216 pieces all augmented with some min/max shiz going on. I log into her one day and find that while she was still level 65, she had lost her gear, was guildless, but still had the money from the set of heroics I did on her.

My thinking is that when I submitted a ticket several days before asking for a level 61 token character (Riverstar) to be restored, they may have made an error and messed with the toon that I am missing gear on (Reaverstar). Not sure why restoring a deleted character requires them to mess with another character, but whatever.

I have all but given up hope that this will be fixed. It's why I won't renew my subscription anymore. Even with Thanksgiving last week, you would think they could have handled it better. I have a backlog of of games to play in my Steam library and I'm getting a PS4 later this week, so...yeah.

Do you know why this is upsetting me the most? I work as a IT-guy and we use a lot a similar ticket system. No matter what comes a ticket has to be edited with a positive answer at least in 7 days. And the user is getting a real answer from a real support. If we would handle the ticket system and the user like that, we would be shortly without a job. And our main work is not even solving user problems. But here for SWTOR the main job is to handle the user issues. That means support. Where is it? It's not like, they are few and need time, but rather, there is no one there, I'm talking to a programm whos only task is to reply the same nonspecialised answer and changing his name at the end.

This is nothing but childsplay and totally unprofessional.

If only we could do something about that I would complain too...Sad is that I will have to resume my time of playing from 6 hours per day on 2 hours per day...lack of enjoyment...and MANY BUGS...reported...and ...NOT FIXED.I will wait, till I will say NO MORE...
