Knights of the Fallen Empire begins an epic, new storyline at level 60, with nine, action-packed Chapters. Regular Chapter releases continue the story starting in Early 2016. No month or date mentioned. Incsed you are confused Febuary 2016 IS early 2016. There are lots of announcements saying early 2016. Dulfy, Torcommunity, IGN, twitch, this site and every interview I remember reading or watching (probably all of them) have not said January with any degree of commitment and all of them have been very vague. There are plenty of examples of BW saying one thing and not doing it ("better than x-server! Sometime in 2015!"); there's no reason to invent more.
