BUG Server character slot won't apply to accout

After using 10 server character slot unlocks preferred accounts get "this unlock has already been applied to your character'.

 

Cartel Market states:

 

This will unlock an addition character slot on all server.

 

*Server character slots allow a new character to be created on each server.

*subscribers begin with 12 character slots per server.

*preferred status players begin with 6 character slots per server.

*free to play players begin with 2 character slots per server.

*this item will allow preferred status players to activate an inactive character on a server.
