caederon Posted November 18, 2015 Share Posted November 18, 2015 Echoing the sentiments of a few previous answers, this is what makes GSF special in my view: Players can excel through individual talent or through solid understanding and execution of team tactics. The different ship classes offer distinct but equally challenging playstyles. Each has a unique pace and requires a different level of 'twitch' skill. Those that like a slower pace can still play a vital role in winning matches. Ship customization is deep enough to allow many builds and interesting weapon combinations that each play differently, and yield interesting possibilities for synergy with other builds. Seeing the same faces show up as allies or enemies makes for great rivalries, and it is exciting to be surprised by a new name demonstrating they are a threat big enough to add to that mental list of opponents you have to pay attention to.
