When you try to do it, there is always a skill you must learn before commiting the utility points. In case you try to respec from Shield Spec to Tactics you have to go to trainer to learn Pulse Cannon. And in case you wanna respec from Tactics to Shield Spec you have to go to trainer to learn Ion Pulse. Anyone has detected the same problem, or It's only me? Thanks in advance for your answers.
