masterwindoo Posted November 11, 2015 Share Posted November 11, 2015 So I purchased 60 days worth of subscription and have been playing the game no problem (the money was taken from my bank and subscription time was added) for a few days up until now, but when I tried to log in today,I got a message my account was preferred status, and I have lost all subscription bonuses, so I logged into my account on the website to check what the problem was, and under the "subscriptions" tab in my account, it says that I still have 57 days of subscription play time left. I tried logging a support ticket but couldn't because apparently I'm not a subscriber (again, even though I still have 57 days of subscription play time left).
