I finished chapter 3 of the class story and when I go to my mission terminal on my ship the mission icon is gray and it say "not eligible for this conversation" when I try to right click. Are you level 51? You need to be level 51 to start Makeb. Have you done Makeb? Not sure, but you might actually have to do all the content now and not skip it.
