It is almost directly east of the House Trader's Circle taxi and QT point. Apparently all Area Heroics are now activated by a nearby pickup. Have "Show Exploration Missions" checked in your map. The link in the poster above is broken, but the droid is definitely there and I just got the achievement tonight.
