Ycoga Posted October 28, 2015 Share Posted October 28, 2015 Burst now procs Refuge,each stack adds +3% damage reduction. Nice, except that each stack lasts 10 secs which is too short. The result is that you have to pepper in Bursts to your normal rotation, about 1 each 10 seconds. This is almost impossible in PVP because one has to be hard-casted. This wrecks your rotation. I'd suggest that you either make each stack last longer to give the sage some leeway in their mobility and rotation, or else let Gust add refuge stacks as well.
