KyaniteD Posted October 26, 2015 Share Posted October 26, 2015 (edited) Captain Thanat on Vaiken Spacedock is a classist and only sells level 8 moddable shields to Juggernauts and Powertechs, but none an assassin could equip/use. Doesn't really make much sense with Mastery now that the Force Power Shield is limited to Warriors/Knights. And with the changed heroic/flashpoint rewards and removed vendors, assassin tanks have no easy way of obtaining a moddable offhand, what with the world drops being listed for 1-1.5M credits...)
