Clarian Posted October 25, 2015 Share Posted October 25, 2015 On the Heroic Missions Terminal, the listing for this quest states "Sergeant Travi Pott may be contacted in-person." (Also according to the core world changes developer blog, "Heroic Missions may still be acquired from NPC’s in the field.")
