Rekia Posted October 23, 2015 Share Posted October 23, 2015 (edited) Many (yellow) mission items don't always grant quest credit when they are looted. This might be because of auto-loot. Many times the player must loot the item again or reset the quest in order to get credit. Sometimes the mission item will be unique and the player will be unable to loot it again to get credit and finish the quest. Sometimes it will be the last item needed for a multi-stage quest, so resetting the quest is a lot of wasted effort. http://i.imgur.com/Fyn4mM6.jpg Edit: Also forgot to mention that you can't even delete the mission item to allow you to loot a new one.
