Luckily the craft vendors still seem to be working, though it's more expensive than the missions. (Though the missions can fail.) Anyway, I'm very glad I made a stockpile before 4.0. (Though I still foolishly expended a bunch of gift fragments before 4.0. Had nearly 200 artifact fragments now I have about 30 or so. D'oh...)
