Nevertheless, I am having much fun trying to figure out how best to work my Watchman. Have been playing around with the cheap ilvl 190 mods. I am now playing around with alacrity enhancements. I've yet to determine if this is something that can be adjusted to or its busted. Force Leap is a real downer, but the cooldowns on other skills are another major downer - and the merciless slash utility being moved to combat...
