Black and Black dyes are ludicrously overpriced in EU servers at least, we're only asking something so simple as change our armor color without having to pay with our kidneys, thanks. You can get that already from fleet, its on one of the CM pack reputation vendors in Bazar, purchasable for 1certificate (if i remember correctly) if your reputation is high enough. Theres solo Primary black too, but that requires higher reputation. Dont remember which reputation is was right now, but its already there, available whenever for reputation and certs.
