Im really hating the fact that i gotta spend credits to re unlock stuff i already unlocked on my main/alts and it just gets that annoying. Would really love to see Realm wide legacy if thats possible! You can get a lot of the stuff via collections which is account-wide. Some are, like Rocket Boots. The OP just wants the per-character unlocks to be per-legacy. Which would be nice. I've unlocked legacy Speeder Piloting I at least once. And II. And III. And all levels of each of class mission and exploration XP bonuses. And fast-companion-grey-junk-selling. And I wouldn't mind not unlocking them yet again. EDIT: Sorry, I meant that Rocket Boots etc. are per-legacy, not per-account.
