Hupp Posted October 5, 2015 Share Posted October 5, 2015 This would work similar to the Random Pet and Random Mount coming in 4.0. This would just use one of your Random Health Regeneration Items. E.G Kolto Beam, Kolto Chamber, Pushups, The big issue would be reworking the items to make them learned abilities; but this would also reduce item bloat in our bags.
