It's called Tracker's Jacket with some random name before "tracker's" like Gammorrean. Flaps are fine, try baggy pants on like Sion's / Balanced Combatant or Dathomir ones. I like the straps, the shoulder armor I can take or leave, but it's the clipping of the flaps into the robe leggings, I wish I could avoid. I'd love that too, but since my favorite outfit from the beginning of TOR has been the Aspiring Jedi chest piece, and it's now available to everyone via Ambitious Warrior, I'd just really love to beable to use it with robe leggings instead of pants, without clipping issues.
