I get that message when buying a mount with Improved Speeder Piloting 1. In those cases, the message refers to the Improved Speeder Piloting 1 (which I used a long time ago, so can't use again). The mount itself has always been fine to buy. Note: I am only speaking from my own experience. I say that because I don't want to be the cause of you buying something that you can't use due to some kind of restriction. So you might want to check with Customer Service before buying.
