I'm pretty sure it's not a internet connection issue since this FPS issue has only occurred since the last patch. I've lowered my graphic settings which seems to have helped somewhat (also leading me to believe it's an FPS rather than internet connection issue). Personally I haven't experienced this, but I have seen a couple of folks mention it in chat. FWIW, it seems a lot of people are suddenly experiencing FPS issues after the patch, like in pvp matches.
