How does 12 XP work?

I know it only works for class missions + Makeb and all that, but I'm wondering more about the actual math about how it's factored with the guild bonus.

Just so we're all on the same page, "base" will mean the regular experience you would get from a class quest if you were an unguilded subscriber and had turned off the bonus, 1.1 will refer to the max possible guild bonus, and 12 will obviously mean the class bonus.

Is the formula like this?

base * 1.1 * 12

or

(base x 12) + (base x 1.1)

or is it something else? I know there isn't a huge difference between the two, but that there is a difference is the point.

Don't forget that the 25% boost items stack with this too. And, well... I know I've seen missions on Makeb worth around 600k or higher with 12x alone and then it turns into something like 700k or 800k (closer to 700k, I think) when refreshing the reward window after applying a boost. (Maybe someone will grab some actual numbers from in-game for more accurate calculations.) So that's a base value of around 50k or so, and with the boost item it turns into about 14 or 15 or 16 times the base value.... Actually, let's just see about getting some real in-game numbers instead of guesstimating this. Also, now that I think about it, I seem to recall a statement at one point clarifying that technically 12x is actually a 1267% multiplier (may not be the right value, but something like that) instead of a straight 1200% multiplier.

edit: Okay, so I've got a character with no guild bonus looking at 455,950 for a mission on Makeb. I apply an xp boost and that becomes 547,140. So the base value should be about 37,996 (or maybe about 35,987 if we assume 12x is something more like 12.67x). And that makes the boosted value 14.40 times as large as the straight 12x base or 15.20 times as large as the 12.67x base.

Is the formula like this?

base * 1.1 * 12

or

(base x 12) + (base x 1.1)

1.25 * 12 = 15 > 14.4

1.25 * 12.67 = 15.84 > 15.2

or

(base x 12) + (base x 1.1) = base * (12 + 1.1)

1.25 + 12 = 13.25 < 14.4

1.25 + 12.67 = 13.92 < 15.2

I think we're missing another factor?

edit2: I'm trying to remember how to phrase this. There's something slightly wonky about the way conquest bonus is described and calculated and I'm wondering if that might be applicable here. It was...

100% stronghold bonus (2x), objective with no guild bonus -> 2x the amount is earned

0% stronghold bonus (1x), objective with 2x guildbonus -> 2x the amount is earned

100% stronghold bonus (2x), objective with 2x guild bonus -> 3x the amount is earned

As in... base value can only be counted once. You aren't earning bv * sb + bv * gb = 2bv + 2bv = 4bv. You're earning... bv * (sb + gb - 1) = bv * (2 + 2 -1) = 3bv.

So... How about this?

base * (1.25 * 12 -1) = 14 * base

base * (1.25 * 12.67 - 1) = 14.84 * base

Still not exact, but it's closer to the values we're looking for. (14 < 14.4 and 14.84 < 15.2)
