lavatsunami Posted August 28, 2015 Share Posted August 28, 2015 Now I know that getting a new class in swtor may never happen, but I was actually interested from a lore standpoint what our options even were. Sorry if this has already been asked. There are two force users and two tech using classes, is there anything that exists in the swtor universe that uses both force and tech? SithKoriandr Posted August 28, 2015 Share Posted August 28, 2015 Yes, look at Ensign Temple. Time to put in a class that uses both the force and tech. Disgraced Jedi perhaps? Like Kohfe (sp?) in the Agent storyline. Quit the Jedi Order because they just didn't agree with it. So maybe not even disgraced. Can be one class that starts with a blaster pistol. It's ACs can go between a Blaster Pistol and Saber or two blaster pistols. Good mix of Blaster and Saber attacks with a force attack or two thrown in for the one and the other can be a mix of blaster attacks and force attacks...stars equivalent to gun fu! Their story can be them running their own personal epic story in the midst of all the other classes doing their bigger epic stories. While the other classes storylines have some effect in the outcome of how things play out (like new Chancellor and what have you) this classes epic storyline has no big universe effecting outcome, it's just a big personal epic. This still allows them to do the planet storylines as well. Mention of the other classes can be made "Wow. Good thing you arrived now and not two days ago, a BH/Sith/Jedi just went through here and killed everyone." Maybe even have some cameos from not really that important NPCs from other storylines.
