foxmob Posted July 26, 2015 Share Posted July 26, 2015 If power surge is active when priming shot procs an instant tracer missile, activating tracer missile will consume BOTH the proc from priming shot AND the power surge. I think this is either a bug or an oversight as EITHER the proc or the power surge make tracer missile an instant (no cast time). this is particularly problematic for tracer because priming shot buffs damage, so you want to use it before any tracers, but then you cannot pop power surge ahead of time (in anticipation of multiple instant tracers) because it will be wasted by the priming shot proc. the same issue seems to occur when activating a heal that procs instantly in the heal tree.
