The Covenant is a casual/HM progression guild on The Jedi Covenant server with a range of content and raiding opportunities. The core group of The Covenant has been together for many years. We were originally named The Collective, but after merging with a guild called The Covenant early in SWTOR, we voted to adopt the name "The Covenant". We are comprised of a richly diverse group of people from all walks of life committed to having fun. At our core many of us have become real life friends and are mostly composed of StarWars fans who enjoy all aspects of the game. The Covenant's goal is to provide a casual PvE/PvP environment free of drama, where all members show each other mutual respect while providing opportunities for the small majority who appreciate a little more in the way of Endgame PvE progression. The Covenant has multiple Raid Squadrons; PVP (ranked and regular), conquest contests, auctions, and all sorts of activity. At the end of the day we are looking for like minded individuals to share our favorite pass time with. Is that you? We sure hope so! If you're still unsure let me tell you a little about what we're looking for and what we offer. What are we looking for? - People that would like a place to call home for the long haul (We want you to be a part of our 18 year old family of friends!) - People who are 18+. Our members range in age from 20’s through 60’s and we have family and their monitored children that participate as well. People comfortable and able to use voice chat. (We want people who enjoy being social and are not afraid to do so) - Veteran gamers and folks new to MMO’s are both welcome. (Been playing since the beginning? Veteran MMO'er? Newbie? We recruit the person not your resume!) - We welcome members who PvP, are casual gamers and those that want to PvE with progression raiding. - Egomaniacs, Pushy or Rude need not apply. Our people come first and we will not put up with inappropriate or rude behavior towards any of our own. This is a Family oriented guild. What do we have to offer? For the Casual Players - Extensive gaming and guild leading experience. - Scheduled events conducted over multiple days weekly. - Scheduled operation nights with 5 Operation teams - A thorough, active guild website - A dedicated TeamSpeak server. - Intelligent, fun, and friendly guild members. - A "Drama Free Zone" (Our Guild Leader and a fourth of our officers are prior Military and/or Police Officers! Hence we don't care much for drama) - Guild Flagship/XP bonus/ etc. (You know the same stuff EVERYONE says in General chat but somehow thinks makes the biggest difference but seriously we do have this as well.) For the more Hardcore Players - All of the above are inclusive! - Set standards and prerequisites for endgame progression raid teams. (Means no favorites, no drama, everyone pulls their weight/equally skilled. I.e. everyone has fun!) - Controlled and tracked Loot lists so everyone gets gear and those who need gear get it quickly. - Ability and opportunity for any member (no matter rank) to create/put together/lead their own progression raid team. (You come up with the name, you put together your team, congratulations you're a progression team raid leader! ^ _^ ) Official Operation Teams and Established Events currently running Red Squadron HM Progression Team 45/51 Times: Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays 8PM - 10PM EST Red Squadron Leader: Fey Blue Squadron HM Progression Team 46/51 Times: Tues and Weds 7PM - 9PM EST Blue Squadron Leader: Isilin Rogue Squadron SM Beginners Squad - First come first serve Times: - Thursdays 9PM Rogue Squadron Leader: OPEN YOUR TEAM/SQUADRON GOES HERE SM/HM Progression Team? Times: - Your Team will decide Squadron Leader: You (We will consider bringing in small guilds/groups and allow them to have their own squadron within and under the Covenant Tag. As long as you and your team are a good fit for us and vice-versa we can support you and your friends to enjoy raid content with a very large and active guild) PVP Manager - (OPEN) Ranked teams being formed Ranked Squadron Ranked Progression PVP Times: Friday 8PM - 11pm EST Ranked Squadron Leader: OPEN Green Squadron Non-Ranked just for fun PVP Times: TBD Non-Ranked Squadron Leader: OPEN Miscellaneous Events/Opportunities We have a full calendar with additional events for HK-51 runs, Datacron hunts and PvP (Including our famous disney princess and dead president lowbie runs). We will also help you learn your class and give you direction for gear All craft skills covered. If you provide the rare mats we can make whatever you need Note: The Covenant is all about players learning to be leaders. We give every member the ability from day one to create and lead any event (content) that they would like to do. Don't know how to lead a group? Que for a Flashpoint? Know the mechanics of a certain boss fight? Dont worry! We're here to help you we just want you to stand up and make an effort to learn! Note: Other Operations Teams will be created hand in hand with increased membership, interest, and someone to lead them! Well that's us in a nutshell. You can play casually and have fun whenever you log in to lvl, OR do ops and Flashpoints and go through endgame content while having fun! It doesnt matter if you`re new or an experienced player, The Covenant is open to anyone who`s willing enjoy the game and meet some really great new people!
