I've always tried to make my Jedis (male or female, Knight or Consular) appear old with bald, white hairstyle and few faces with default wrinkle (only a couple for males, while none for females). I understand the story behind the Jedi classes are that they are young and ripe, but a few new extra 'older' complexion won't hurt the game. If anything, it enhances the game.
