The gear you buy with comms never has a setbonus, only unassembled gear has a setbonus.The setbonus is stored in the armoring. When you replace the armoring, the setbonus will be gone.There currently is a bug when you send setbonus gear via the Legacy Bank, the setbonus is no longer displayed and you need to pull out the armoring to make it show up again.
