James_Mcturney Posted April 30, 2015 Share Posted April 30, 2015 That's pretty much it, at least all of them have the stats increase which actually matter in the endgame; But the presence(not sure about this one)/cooldown reduction/duration increase i'm sure are not working. I have the issue with the 8 legacy skills the you have to complete each story to get. I can see them on the Legacy menu, but not in the legacy skill one. Am I the only one or is this game wide. When you use Heroic Moment, they'll pop up on a separate / temporary skill bar. If you rearranged your UI, make sure it's not hidden behind any other skill bars.
