I'm assuming you are still levelling, or you haven't checked your trainer since getting back? Skills in the discipline trees (like Magnetic Blast) automatically scale to your current level while skill you get from your class (like RS) have a base damage that depends on what level of the skill you purchased from the trainer. If your RS level is too far below your current level, as happens at some points in levelling, MB can hit harder. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
