This schematic can only be obtained as a rare drop from the Grade 6 PvP crafting box at the PvP vendor for 1k Warzone Comms. Perhaps someone already has this schematic and is willing to sell. Not only that, but I saw you post this for sale in the Progenitor forums, if that's your server with this, you can't get it to anyone on a US server.
