Inquisitors being powerful Force Sensitive beings, trained in the ways of the darkside and sent on missions pertaining in taking down Jedi who had survived Order 66. So let's begin! ========= Info blurb A secret division of Imperial Intelligence. the Inquisitiorious consists of Force trained agents called Inquisitors. This select group performs various functions for Intelligence. including intelligence gathering and surveillance missions. When time permits, the leader of the Inquisitors, the Grand Inquisitor orders his agents to the farthest reaches of the galaxy, most notable in the Outer Rim. The target of these searches is Force Users, adepts, shamans, dark side devotees and alien students in the Force in all their forms, aswell as any ancient Jedi that may have escaped the purges of the previous generator. When all other methods of interrogation fail, including torture and drug therapy. Imperial Intelligence turns to the Inquisitors, using potent Force skills and powerful manipulation techniques, the Inquisitors have rarely failed to produce desired results on their subjects. ======= Just a tad bit of info on what Inquisitors can do, now let's see some sourcebook quotes and some feats even! Although many Dark Jedi Masters have grand designs of their own, some such as Jerec are actually in the employ of the Sith, serving as Imperial Inquisitors, Emperor's Hand or in just about any capacity the Dark Lord of the Sith can conceive. - Taken from Threats of the Galaxy Some Inquisitors are Dark Jedi Masters, these guys being mostly former Jedi Masters who have fallen, which is a notable tragedy beyond compare by the Jedi Order. http://i1106.photobucket.com/albums/h368/Wolfninja/cfg_zpspeurl9vq.png Dark Jedi Master Inquisitor abilities include Force Grip, Force Lighting, Dark Rage. Imperial Inquisitors vary greatly in ability and focus, usually as a result of the source and extent of Force training. Although powerful and higher ranking Inquisitors might receive modicum training from Jedi or other Force Users, many of the lesser Inquisitors focus their attention on skill and powers related to interrogation techniques. - Taken from TFU Campaign Guide They all vary greatly in power. Potential Inquisitors were carefully tested and examined first by Imperial Intelligence, then by the Grand Inquisitor and finally by the Emperor himself. Applicants had to convince the Emperor of their ability with the Force without seeming either too powerful or too critical of the Emperor's cause, as such extremes indicated that an applicant might be no different from his or her quarry and prove unreliable. - Taken from Jedi vs Sith Essential Guide to the Force They are tested by Imperial Intel then by the Grand Inquisitor and then the Emperor, must having to convince the Emperor of their power. It hit the edge of one of the repulsor fields and exploded skyward. - Same book Here he deflects a 5 meter long piece of metal with his hands, actually sending it flying. He ran, using the Force to speed him along and deflect the billowing walls of the passageway. He tried nothing else until the boy was perhaps three meters ahead of him. - Same Using Force speed. Tesla lifted both hands and fired a bolt of Force-lightning at the corridor just above the boy's head, uncaring of the result. If the wretch would rather die than be taken by an Inquisitor, then so be it. The lightning struck the rippling surface and bifurcated, each sizzling lash recoiling to strike again centimeters apart. They twinned again, then quadrupled. - Same Here he uses Force Lightning. The dance of energy on the left side of his face alerted Tesla to the fact that he had hesitated too long. He had barely enough time to stiffen his Force shield against the lightning before it struck, exploding the tiny pocket of relative calm in which he stood... - Same Force shielding against a Force lighting bolt. ====== Well there you have it folks, the Imperial Inquisitors, not a bad bunch. I certainly enjoyed it, since it shows what Inquisitors can do. Mmhm, they aren't suppose to be overly powerful nor weak though, so not really low showings much. Though I'd put them above the standard Dark Jedi, Padawan and Apprentice. Putting the moreso standard Inquisitor at least low Knight level, whereas the more powerful ones are Jedi Master abit not really high tier, but still. Or well...not exactly a group per say, but still. I'm sure we will see the Inquisitors back again in the new EU, if COMPNOR can make it in, then anything is possible, plus Imperial Intel is also in so that particular group could come back.
