Meh, it's more of a 'save yourself 5 minutes of standing around the faction camp' circumvention, it doesn't work in the FFA areas. I'll worry about Bioware fixing it when they get around to fixing the way other players can force you to flag by running into your AOE's . So like a 1 day ban and lose my PvP schematics, but I still be able to keep my Dark Reaver chest piece . Honestly I find it very conveniently when in done pvping and want to turn it off.
